Mediation services are offered to those who live in, or own property or own a business anywhere in Nevada County. All services are low-cost to no-cost, voluntary, and confidential.
The Mediation Center office provides a full range of free dispute resolution services, including:
- MEDIATION services
- Mediation services in the courthouse for small claims and unlawful detainer hearings
- Small claims court advisory service
- REFERRAL to other agencies such as agencies providing emergency rental relief
- Civil Harrassment
